The Hon. M. Scott McCoy (Ret.) has joined Holden Willits PLC where he helps parties resolve disputes by serving as an arbitrator, mediator, or special master.  Judge McCoy served as a commissioner and then judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court for 20 years, serving in the civil, criminal, family, and juvenile departments.  Before serving as a judicial offer, he practiced with the firms of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon (2000-2005), Kirkland & Ellis (1993-2000), and Beus Gilbert & Morill (1990-1993).
