Jackson C. Pittman is an associate at Holden Willits PLC.  In his construction litigation practice, Mr. Pittman represents owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in a variety of complex construction disputes.

Mr. Pittman clerked for Chief Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer of the Arizona Supreme Court before joining the firm as an attorney.  He graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  During law school, Mr. Pittman co-authored a law review article about legal policies supporting the use of precision fertilizing technologies on farms, and he served as an Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication from the University in Florida.
