Ian L. Balitis is an associate at Holden Willits PLC, specializing in construction law and commercial litigation. In his construction law practice, he represents a diverse clientele including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and material suppliers.
Mr. Balitis earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating with cum laude distinction. While earning his Juris Doctor, Mr. Balitis participated in the Arizona State Law Journal as a staff writer. Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University where he majored in Writing, Rhetorics, and Literacies and minored in Chemistry.
