Brittany M. De Robertis is an associate at Holden Willits PLC. She represents contractors and subcontractors in payment and contract disputes as well as complex construction litigation cases. She has an extensive litigation background with experience in diverse practice areas including insurance defense, personal injury, employment, and business litigation.
Ms. De Robertis graduated from California State University Fullerton with degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, graduating magna cum laude. While attending Whittier, Ms. De Robertis was an Associate Editor for the Whittier Law Review and Whittier’s Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. She wrote an article discussing the controversial practice of suction dredge mining and was honored as the 2017 Outstanding Graduate in Environmental Law for her work.
Prior to starting her legal career, Ms. De Robertis interned with several California government entities, including Orange County District Attorney’s Office, County Counsel for Orange County, and the Santa Ana City Attorney’s Office.
