Commercial Litigation, with a Construction Law Emphasis

Holden Willits PLC is a law firm dedicated to resolving commercial disputes of all types, with its practice primarily focused on construction litigation. We represent parties engaged in all facets of the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and sureties.

The firm's seven lawyers include two past chairs of the State Bar of Arizona's Construction Law Section. Holden Willits lawyers are also actively involved in various construction industry trade associations, including the Arizona Builders' Alliance, American Subcontractors Association of Greater Phoenix, Construction Financial Management Association, and National Association of Credit Management.

Holden Willits' expertise is not limited to the construction industry. Our practice also involves general commercial disputes. We represent lenders, secured creditors and businesses of every variety in matters involving breaches of contract, business torts and debt collection.
