Hank Pearson is a partner who has practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and
construction law since 1992.
Mr. Pearson’s practice focuses on representing general contractors,
subcontractors, materialmen and sureties in a variety of
construction-related contexts. He has also spoken at numerous seminars
on various construction-related issues, including insurance coverage
questions and dealing with sureties.
Immediately after graduating from law school, Mr. Pearson served as a
law clerk to Vice Chief Justice James Moeller of the Arizona Supreme
Court.
Mr. Pearson is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is the past
Chairman of the Maricopa County Bar Association Construction Section.
Mr. Pearson is also licensed to practice before the United States
District Court for the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals.
Mr. Pearson is a 1992 graduate of the Arizona State University College
of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif.
While in law school, Mr. Pearson served as a Note and Comment Editor on
the Arizona State Law Journal. Mr. Pearson received a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from Arizona State
University in 1988. |
